extended submission deadline for The 2nd International Multi-Conference on Complexity, Informatics and Cybernetics: IMCIC 2011, (March 27th - 30th, 2011 - Orlando, Florida, USA) which will be held jointly with The SPRING 5th International Conference on Knowledge Generation, Communication and Management: KGCM 2011
